Julie was abducted from Southampton, Pennsylvania on November 21, 2011 by her mother Anna Troitsky and her grandmother Elena Demyanyuk. At the time of her abduction, Julie was a joyful 22-month old toddler, who was discovering the world around her. She loved playing with her stuffed animals, reading, dancing, going to the playground, and just smiling and laughing.
    Julie is currently believed to be in Moscow with her mother; however, Julie’s name and appearance may have been altered in an attempt to complicate the search effort. Julie is a natural-born U.S. citizen, despite her mother’s attempts to make Julie a Russian citizen by affiliation. Anna may come off as friendly and charming, but she uses deceit and manipulation to elicit sympathy from people.
